A lot of people have the common desire to target fat loss - particularly stomach fat. So they try to search and find out what move exercises stomach fat, to no avail. What I want you to do, is set aside time in your day, three days a week, to do 100-200 push ups, and set aside time three days a week to also do 150-400 sit ups. Now, they don't have to be performed all at once, you can and should pace yourself with these exercises. Break them into several sets of a smaller number. You could do 10 sets of 10 push ups, or you could do 4 sets of 50 push ups; likewise, you could do 6 sets of 25 sit ups, or 1 set of 400 sit ups.
